I justed installed compiz on my opensolaris nevada build b82 and it works well. It uses the free radeon driver (on a ati mobility x700 card). Just follow the instructions from a sun blog here |

... to my "new" web site. Finally I found some time and motiviation to bring it back on-line. I will try to write something interesting from time to time, but I guess it won't happen that often. BTW: I switched CMS to joomla, a quite nice and free, open-source software.The "depressivebrown" theme is from funky-visions.de. Unfortunately it doesn't look very nice, if you don't have a flash plugin installed. Have fun... (ok, there's not much to have fun with... yet) |
